All cakes are covered with a white/dark chocolate ganache, which allows me to achieve super sharp edges and a professional finish.
All of my cakes contain eggs, diary and wheat and are made in a kitchen where soya and nuts are present therefore I cannot guaruntee that trace amounts of these ingredients will be clear from every cake.
If you do have any special dietary requirements or intolerances, please make me aware of this and I will ensure that I cater to your needs.
